Obama, the Lying Pig Dictator?

Some people, like you, are just plain fools. They just don’t know when they have something that’s actually good or better, even if you hit them in the face with it. They voted for Bush, instead of Gore in 2000, and Kerry in 2004, and look at what we got, 8 years of practically nothing, but unnecessary Iraq war, which has helped sky-rocketing a mountain of our deficit, followed by this Great Recession.

Yes, I said it and I am saying it again, some people are plain fools, and stupid.

And now we have a president who is actually trying to do something about the mess that Dumbya has put us in, and then you have the nerve to call Obama “a lying pig dictator”. You’re all fools! At least he’s trying to do something about it.

If your wallet and bank accounts are left intact from this recession, that doesn’t mean everyone else is unaffected. There are people out there who are actually going through a lot, who have lost their jobs, homes, cars, and have mountains of debts, mostly because of what Dumbya did to the country in the last 8 years, which is nothing.

Yes, you’re all fools for thinking that “Obama is a lying pig”, when he’s actually doing everything he possibly can to help turn around our economy and put more people back to work.

Open your eyes, fools, get out of your comfort zone and think about other people who are going through hell, primarily because of the last 8 years of nothing!

Making the Best Out of the Worst, Especially Right Now

Someone once told me that the start is always the easiest but is the end that counts the most. So, whatever it is that you are doing, people will always appreciate how you start, but will always remember how you finish.

Well, for me, it’s been a long journey trying to find my pitch, my niche, and I believe I found it now. Since August 2008, I’ve embarked on a project that seemed nearly impossible, in a crowded market economy. But I’ve always believed in myself, and the power of being creative, to find the best out of the worst, even when most of us may seem to be out of luck due to our current economy. But I believe the best is yet to come. I think I can truly say so, because being an economics student here at OSU, and in Spring 2010, I hope to start my PhD program in Economics, I strongly believe that our economy will turn around sooner than we think, and no matter where you are or whatever you are doing, you can make the best out of anything, especially right now.

I am a strong believer, always have been. I believe that each and every one of us have certain God given, unalienable gifts and talents, and it’s up to each and everyone of us to go all the way and explore how to maximize our potential in order to make our dreams come true.

In August 2008, my team and I started working on my new project, Welated (www.welated.com), and it seemed almost impossible making it and developing it to become an actual, viable entity with an actual business model that doesn’t just depend on paid ads like other social networking sites, and I have to say that, with God’s help, I think finally made it happen. Welated is now done, fully functional, and I am very excited about it. The Most, Very Unique Invention Idea to Make Billions, Only for You?

In today’s competitive global economy, it’s all about finding your niche’. Bill Gates (Microsoft), Steve Jobs (Apple), Google (Page & Brin), and many other entrepreneurs have magnificently excelled at doing this very same thing, they found their niche’, which they have and continue to exploit while making tons of money. You can also find your niche and proprietarily develop it, market it globally, and make a fortune.

The idea is; most of us know that most amphibians, such as Frogs, lay their unshelled eggs in shallow water. Their mating process is unique too; the male frog grabs the female frog from behind, and then the female frog squirts out the eggs, lots of them, and all the eggs are sprouted in the water, no nest, just wrapped up in a clear jelly like liquid that keeps the eggs together.

Since their eggs remain alone, unguarded and unprotected, they usually become a meal for most other amphibians. The result is the decrease in their species growth, for such as frogs and other amphibians, which may eventually extinct, as their population continue to evaporate due to slow reproduction.

Now, imagine if you come up with a new invention, an invention that can help amphibians lay their eggs better, protect them, and eventually cause their reproduction to increase. Not only that you’ll make gazillions, but you will also help save most of the amphibian species.

Explosive Vanity License Plate Business

In the 90’s, a new phenomenon explosion of new business emerged that instantly made some of the most creative minded entrepreneurs millionaires, and that was the domain name registering, buying and re-selling in the after-marketplace.

Today, there’s a new explosion of emerging market in the Middle East, no, not oil, but the buying and re-selling of vanity license plates.

A license plate with nothing but the number “1″ on it went for a record $14 million at a charity auction Saturday.

Saeed Khouri, a member of a wealthy Abu Dhabi family, wouldn’t say how many automobiles he owned or which of them might carry the record-breaking single-digit plate.

“I bought it because it’s the best number,” said Khouri, whose family made its fortune in real estate. “I bought it because I want to be the best in the world.”

The oil-rich UAE began auctioning off vanity license plates last May.

Ordinary automobile license plates issued to drivers here — and even most other vanity series plates — carry both Arabic and Western numerals and script, defining the issuing city and country.

Khouri’s plate, however, has only the Western numeral and no letters.

The record sale surpassed the $6.8 million that was paid for an Emirati license plate at an earlier auction with the Western number 5 on it — also without Arabic numerals or letters.

Proceeds from the auctions, which are held in a lavish hotel here, go to a rehabilitation center for victims of traffic accidents.

On Saturday, 90 license plates were auctioned off in all, raising a total of $24 million. The previous five such events raised more than $50 million.

2008 Outlook: Fasten Your Seatbelts

In an article published on CNNMoney.com details the economic outlook for 2008.

In short, 2008 will not really be a good year, we may also face a recession sometimes in the middle of the year.

And, even though the Fed may cut more interest rate, it may not help much, as it all depends on the expectations and not so much on the actual Fed’s rate cut.

Most people tend to not like uncertainty. And since 2001, the economy has never really recovered. Consumers are still not sure what’s going to happen next.

Iran, North Korea, etc., and now Pakistan, all these still play a big role of uncertainty, and what’s happening elsewhere in the world certainly affects how we feel and spend here in America.

Most Americans have money, but they just don’t want to spend it because of some of these uncertainties, and even though the Fed may cut the rate, the consumer will still not borrow as expected.

Pakistan has 60 nuclear weapons, which no one really knows how secure these can be or some may end up in the hands of those who hate peace and advocate hate and violence.

This Christmas, has not really been like any other past Christmases, consumer spending and expectation were still low. Not because of weather or whatever, but simply because people are just not certain.

And ever since Bernanke took over, I just never had any trust or hope in him. Greenspan was more effective and he still is. When he spoke, everyone listened, and that too plays a role – the faithless and trust-less some have in Bernanke’s leadership.
